Refund policy

We want you to train with confidence. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@veltro-performance.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@veltro-performance.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, return the original item and place a new order.
